K9STENICS offers two types of Weekend Workshops. Behavior and Socialization Workshops. Both helps dog owners from beginner and expert training levels to work on their dogs behaviors and reactivity in both group and one-on-one collaborated settings with Trainer Shoni and occasional guest trainers!

These Workshops offer a healthy space and community to exercise balanced dog training and socializing skills to increase knowledge, lessen reactivity, and increase both neutral and calm behaviors in social settings.

K9STENICS workshops helps handlers and dogs work on their reactivity and impulsive behaviors the same way we humans go to the gym and work on our physical health. We get what we put in. Simple as that. Repetition and consistency is key to long-term continued results.

Behavior Weekend Workshop will cover direct issues Handlers are having with their dogs along with relationship building, behavior, obedience commands, and more. This is a workshop for canine owners who are struggling with their dogs challenging behaviors and wants a better understanding on how to manage their dogs overall.

Three ways to book a spot -

Working Canine Spot $422: Bring your canine and Trainer Shoni will work with you and your dog on your list of specific challenges that you want to work through throughout the weekend. (PROMO $250 OFF for March 2025 -& April 2025! Behavior Workshops! Must book by February 28th 2025 for discount!)

Audit Spot $152: Observation of the workshop where you can openly ask questions to the trainers throughout training rotations. Audit spots are NOT to bring a dog. (PROMO $81 OFF February - April 2025!)

Expert VIP Spot: Unlimited access to all workshops with purchase of membership and approval by a K9STENICS trainer. Must demonstrate consistent full control of their canine in group and social settings with strong recall and high obedience levels. Expert Handlers bring their approved canine and utilize workshops to work their dogs around and to serve workshop members as a safe distraction. Experts can be other professional dog trainers or dog owners who have put in the work to have a trustworthy canine in a social setting surrounded by dogs.

This Behavior Workshop will be open to dogs of all training and behavior levels. Working canines that are unable to settle on leash within the group will be asked to be kept in a crate next to handler, if crate trained, or secured away safely in a vehicle in between rotations to not disturb the group. There will be a working rotating schedule every 25-30mins for each working canine.

Handlers will be required to have secure neck collars/leashes attached to their dogs at all times during workshops. Slip-leads and other tools will be available at workshop for purchase. During Consultation, handling fundamentals and tools will be recommended and at times required during workshops to ensure safety and results.

Behavior Workshops will be held in various locations and venues. They will run approx. 4-6 hrs per day depending on group size on Saturdays and Sundays with an hour break for lunch. These are intensive workshops so come prepared with your dogs food, treats, and water. Bring your own lunch. Wear weather appropriate clothing and shoes. Locations and times will be announced via email.

Weekend Workshops on select Saturdays and Sundays each month. An average of 3-4 hours working time each day. Work around other handlers and their canines. Trainer Shoni guides you through social challenges between you and your canine. Environments and locations will be diverse such as private venues or public open spaces such as beaches, parks, malls, and urban areas. Build confidence in your canine, decrease their reactivity, and increase calm and neutral behaviors around other dogs, people, and common distractions.

Working Canine Spot $53: Bring your canine and train in a group setting to work on increasing neutral and calm behaviors around other people and dogs. Work through and around common social challenges such as specific noise, object, and general environmental triggers. (PROMO $18 OFF February -April 2025!)

Expert VIP Spot: Unlimited access to all workshops with purchase of membership and approval by a K9STENICS trainer. Must demonstrate consistent full control of their canine in group and social settings with strong recall and high obedience levels. *Consultation to evaluate demonstration of fundamental handling and obedience. Must demonstrate a level of confidence with the following commands in low to moderate distractions; Place, Leave it, Loose Leash Walking, and Heel.

*Completion of at least 1-2 K9STENICS Individual Lessons to learn the base lines of handling and obedience.

OR

*Completion of at least One K9STENICS Behavior Weekend Workshop and trainer approval.

*Depending on temperament, behavior, and history of each dog the use of recommended training tools during Socialization Workshops will be required for safety and results.

In the K9Stenics Adventure Boarding Programs your dog experiences daily explore trips that will build confidence, manners, and tons of happiness for your furry companions. There is a limit of ONE dog to ensure individualized care. A consultation evaluation is required prior to booking.

The DayTr!per Adventure Boarding @ $152/night: (Diamond): Daily basic training included and minimum one daily Adventure Training field trip.

Daily updates sent to you of your dog having fun, learning, and playing at different locations, at home, and multiple environments!

Prerequisite for Adventure Boarding will be a consultation evaluation and depending on evaluation a lesson or lesson package will be required prior to access boarding program.

Spots are highly limited and fill fast due to only ONE dog at a time!

All Boarding deposits are a non-refundable 50% of total boarding stay price to reserve spots.
